Mooul Private Hanok -Hwangnidan-gil

It was very charming and the Hanok very clean. There was a fabulous bathtub in the middle of the space, a wonderful outdoor lanai to sit outside in the garden and relax and have tea or wine. There seemed to be a video screening option but there was no information about how to use it. There is also a fire pit, which we didn't use. The host was extremely responsive. The dyson hairdryer was impressive to offer guests. Very cute, very authentic in feel. It has a wonderful peaceful harmonious atmosphere. We slept well, we really loved it.

That Booking.com doesn't have a translation button in app. I had to keep going into google translate to communicate with my host, and it was very frustrating. That is not the hosts fault fyi! It wasn't clear about the accommodation, one of the rooms is in a loft with an extremely low ceiling and open plan. So no privacy. Just be aware if booking here. Great for kids though! I would have liked a knife to cut bread and a microwave would make the kitchen really perfect, as would body lotion add to the luxury of the home, however they provided other lovely soaps and hair products. A few more instructions in English would have been helpful, particularly with the lights. But apparently there was something on an ipad which we missed.

La maison est très belle, propre. Le propriétaire nous a donné de très bons conseils sur les restaurants. Nous adorons l'architecture de la maison. Elle est à quelques pas du centre ville et très calme.

Il manque un fauteuil ou canapé au salon pour se relaxer. Nous avons trouvé un gros cafard dans la maison.

Thank you so much for your hospitality on this occasion. I have stayed at many hotels and villas over the years, but this was by far the most wonderful place I have ever stayed, and I had an absolutely marvellous time. We stayed here to celebrate my father’s retirement, and we were deeply touched by the owner’s kindness and thoughtfulness, which helped us create some truly wonderful memories. I look forward to staying here again whenever I visit Gyeongju.
