The apartment was newly furbished and it had every possible tool, including dishwasher, washer and dryer. We appreciated the free toiletry, such as beauty masks, even if we didn't use everything. The kitchen was completed with oil, salt coffee and sugar. And also various soaps and cleaning tools.
The access to the apartment was conditional to an additional payment for a deposit. The request arrived at a second time and only upon this payment, through a link, the check in would be possible. It took me more than an hour to check in, because at some point i lost network connectivity. The personnel at the front desk is disconnected from the owners, and the communication therefore was not direct, so i could not pay at the desk directly. Also, only one key per apartment was available, and it was necessary to use the elevator. This meant that we had to escort each other to do stuff.
Since the place is not cheap at all, i found this very inconvenient.
