Overall , cleanliness of the exterior and interior of property needs a good cleaning, Body hair was found in shower, under all dressers and bed filthy, outside lighting did not work, leaking faucet in main bedroom , needs a washer and dryer. Table in kitchen wobbles , recliners chair in sitting area is leaning side ways when you sit in it. The grass what little there is was really high yard was really grown over with hanging limbs that need to be trimmed the yard is in really bad shape. The grill was even nasty with charcoal on the ground and the bucket full of ashes and trash.
