O village é maravilhoso, o apartamento amplo, organizado, limpo, bem equipado, localização excelente!! Perfeito para toda a família!! Amamos e pretendemos voltar multas vezes!!

Pontos fortes: Localização: excelente localizacao, acesso direto/rápido à praia, ventilação natural e privacidade. Arquitetura e layout: planta fluida, integração interna/externa, iluminação natural abundante, circulação eficiente. Acabamentos e materiais: duráveis, resistentes à maresia, estética coerente e de alto padrão. Conforto e funcionalidade: quartos confortaveis, todos tem suítes, banheiros bem equipados, cozinha completa, área de serviço organizada. Áreas sociais: varanda, area gourmet excelente, churrasqueira, freezer, piscina, jardins bem cuidados. Sugestões: 1. Abrir/fechar portão da garagem sem a necessidade de falar com o porteiro porque a sadia da garagem fica distante da portaria e sem visibilidade 2. Colocar cobertura nas garagens..........35 graus no verao é muito para entrar num carro no sol o dia todo
