El departamento esta muy bien ubicado, cerca de los lugares que uno suele visitar en Viña del Mar. Se puede llegar caminando a la playa, al casino, al centro y a distintos restaurantes y comercios. El lugar es amplio, limpio, fresco y con muy buenas vistas, lo que hace muy agradable la estadía. Además, Yasna, la dueña, fue muy simpática, amable y siempre estuvo atenta a cualquier consulta.
Lo único que podría mencionar fue un inconveniente con el agua caliente de la ducha, ya que durante el baño por momentos se enfriaba. Sin embargo, la dueña nos comentó que era un problema puntual y no algo que ocurra habitualmente, por lo que no afectó de manera importante nuestra experiencia.
