The host was very responsive and helped with all the issues found initially. Even the mattress has been replaced for us. Despite language gap we managed to communicate very well. Lots of sun comes into the apartment in the morning. Apartment location was just 10 minutes from the ocean. Overall we really liked staying there.
The Heat/AC split was broken, and it was cold in the apartment the first night, when we checked-in. But the next day host checked everything and gave us stationary heater and even extra blankets.
The electrical power cannot handle several appliances at the same time. Do not turn on more then 2 at a time.
The advertised and paid for WiFi is not present there, but the host told us that they will update Booking.com to remove it from listing.
