The hot tub was amazing and the kitchen facilities

Our bathroom shower in the main room was leaking and the door frame was mouldy and cracked from the water and the floor was soaked, the door also couldn’t close and we called reception they said that they would let the management know and then let us know what’s going on with it but we didn’t hear anything about this

the lodge itself was spotlessly clean and spacious, lovely views. With the building works completed and some better customer service it will be a lovely place to stay

unfortunately the en-suite had a leak from the shower which meant the carpet in the main bedroom was soaked, you couldn't shut the bathroom door either, I reported it to the club and agent but nothing was done. it was a known issue. We also had no heating or hot water on day 1 and someone had to come out. It is on a building site so expect lots of noise and disruption, it will be peaceful when its finished i guess. There was no broom to sweep up and I had to go and get bin bags from the club reception (i felt like a nuisance for basic stuff). It would have been useful for a better welcome booklet - explaining what to do with bins etc, who to call with issues a menu for the restaurant/local places to eat. we were only staying as were having house renovations so it did the job for the price but honestly it could be so much better.
