Provence Chateau Retreat 40 Pax Pool Villa Bangsar by Verano

Location is good near to Bangsar village and all the other facilities. Lot of rooms. Easy accessible to many places in Bangsar, PJ and KL. Good for a big group. They were helpful to allow us to check-in 1 hour early. Washing machine and electric kettle broke down and they were able send the technicians and a new kettle.

The inside of the rooms are mostly rundown. No proper maintenance of property is done, bathrooms are not in good condition. One of the bathroom roof was full of mould. Many has rooms were full of dust. Even though no one is used previously before it is giving to next client, it should properly cleaned. All the furniture in the rooms are old ones and all the rooms have an old property odour. Good property which has high potential but poorly maintained. Around 30 of us stayed their at the property for 5 days and only 2 towels for each bed. Pool shower is not working, no towel for pool, no changing room near the pool so we have to walk with wet feet to walk through the rooms. Not enough kitchen towel especially when a big group is staying there. Proper cleaning cloth and kitchen towels needed. Not worth for this premium price.
