We had a great stay at this location. Conveniently located next to Paddington Train Station and restaurants. The building was relatively new and spacious. We also enjoyed the fact they had building security. In addition, they also had lifts (elevators) which we were grateful for because of all of our luggage.

There were a few items missing such as hand towels, dish towels and some cutlery. Otherwise well stocked accommadations Would highly recommend this property.

From the moment I arrived, everything felt easy and welcoming. The place is very clean, peaceful, and thoughtfully prepared. The hosts were warm and genuinely caring, which made the stay feel special.

Nothing worth mentioning.

It was available with less than 24hrs notice when our other reservation canceled. It had AC, a washer/dryer, and enough beds for our party of 6.

As requested, I messaged the rep when I was 30 mins away. No one was there when I arrived. We waited another 15 minutes for access. We were given access to a different flat than the address we booked. The flat was tidy but not clean. There was a garbage sack of soiled linens in one of the hall closets.There were only 4 bath towels, even though there were 6 people staying. I messaged the rep and requested more towels. I was told they'd be delivered, but that never happened.
