Stylish Renovated Trump Tower Studio

I like staying here in Trump Hotel, the staff and everyone were very nice. But unfortunately I had to leave early as I did have an emergency and cut my vacation half because I will not enjoy having fun while unfortunately happen back home

I WILL NOT USE LIVILY AGENT AGAIN! I booked from April 5 to 15 and had to leave on April 11th morning due to something extremely important happen back home (a loved ones died) I talked to the front desk and told me that since this was booked through agent, I can speak with them and they are reasonable either i pay penalty or they can waive it. So I spoke with livily agent, no one talked to me after over 30 minutes on the phone, then the next morning I called them, they made me call a different number since its out of their policy, and the number they directed me said the livily should be able to refund my money and either talk to waive the penalty or pay for it. The reason they are dont want to refund my money was because they claim, they can't find a new guess to book it no matter how I plead that I just lost someone. While driving down the road, I had called my friends who lives in Las vegas, to stop by on the evening and check something I'm my room since it was fully paid till the 15th and find something I had left in the room. She spoke in the front desk and give my info and I gave permission to get the items I left or if the staff can retrieve it for me and give it to my friend. But she was informed that they had someone occupying the room I paid for. So that means I was paying while others were paying as well. Also, they LIED about the information of the room on the site. It was clearly STATED that my room should be 1712 sqft. I stayed before in Treasure island on the room the over 900 sqft with one and half bath and spacious area, and the room I have in Trump sa about 550sqft. That alone was lower price than I booked. IF YOU ARE BOOKING THROUGH BOOKING.COM, PLEASE DO NOT USE LIVILY OR THIRD PARTY AS THEY ARE LIKE A SLUMLORD. NO MERCY PR UNDERSTANDABLE ON YOUR SITUATION. Please make sure that your book in booking.com is directly to the hotel and not other agent.
