Really close to where I'm visiting which is most important. Very clean. Kitchen is organized and has most of what you need to cook and basic seasonings. The outside space is perfect for our medium-size dog. He can walk around safely. The designated parking is also very much appreciated. The host is most responsive and very kind to when we have to make changes. She has also sent us where-to-eat recommendations which is nice. We are in Sacramento 2-3 times a year. We'll book again.

Well thought-out space, planned with comfort in mind. Appreciate the mini-split system, although the bedroom unit was not working properly. Appreciate the air purifier, and the kitchen was very handy as well. The fully-fenced exterior space with gated driveway parking is a great feature as well, especially considering the neighborhood. Lastly, the communication with the host was excellent; always available to answer any questions and very polite/thoughtful. Check-in and check-out was simple.

It is unfortunate that I have to give negative feedback for such a well thought-out space and pleasant host, but I do have to be true so that other travelers know what they're getting into. Frankly, I wish I had known myself, but the road noise in the bedroom is intense. It starts early; very early. Large trucks rumbling down 14th Ave woke us up early, and the road noise also kept us up late. Woke up sore, not sure if it was from the bed, the lack of sleep, or both. The neighbor's dogs bark incessantly as well, especially if you bring a dog of your own. My dog didn't bark at them, but they barked at my dog nonstop. Lastly, the neighborhood is not the greatest. You will not feel the urge to walk out the door and go for a casual stroll; not in this part of town.
