Viihtyisä ja valoisa huoneisto kauniissa vanhassa puutalossa. Mukavan rauhallinen ja hiljainen talo. Huoneiston omistaja oli hyvin tavoitettavissa.
Pussilakanat ja tyynyliinat olivat vähän kulahtaneita ja yksi pussilakanoista haisi hyvin pahalta, sitä tuuletettiin pitkään ja se vähän auttoi. (Ehkä se ei ollut pesun jälkeen kuivunut ilmavasti tms.)

Sijainti on erittäin hyvä, plussana vielä maksitun katupysäköinti; klo 8-18 vaaditaan pysäköintikiekko 2 tunnin pysäköintiin. Auton latausmahdollisuus oli yllättävän lähellä, ~300m.
