A cozy, thoughtfully decorated 3-bedroom barndominium apartment set on 4+ acres of our peaceful working homestead—complete with horses, mini donkeys, ducks, chickens, and wide-open space to breathe.
Our second-story apartment is accessed by a tall flight of stairs and opens onto a covered porch oasis at the top—perfect for morning coffee, sunset views, or simply slowing down.
This stay is more than a place to sleep. It’s a warm, clean, beautifully styled apartment on a property that feels like a retreat—white vinyl fencing, tall pine trees, gardens, and big Texas sky.
Inside you’ll love:
- Bright, open living area with cozy seating
- Fully equipped kitchen with island seating
- Inviting, unique décor with a “fun but calming” feel
- Comfortable beds + a simple, clean, relaxed vibe
- Built-in scavenger hunt experience (a guest favorite!)

You’ll be sharing the land with:
- Horses (typically 4–5 on site)
- Two mini donkeys: Cricket & Olive
- Chickens and ducks
- Two barn cats: Bandit & Cloud

On-site features include:
- Over 4 acres of private homestead space
- Covered riding arena (a signature feature of the property)
- White vinyl fencing and beautiful pasture views
- Tall pine trees and peaceful, natural surroundings
- Raised garden beds and a growing homestead garden area
- Fruit trees around the property (seasonal beauty + charm)
