Our 1-bedroom condo is positioned on the second floor of the building, showcasing an open floor plan in the main living area that facilitates both relaxation and social interaction. It is adorned with hardwood flooring throughout, complemented by a gas fireplace that provides a cozy ambiance for chilly evenings, along with a comfortable sofa for enjoying the flat-screen TV. Additionally, this area includes a sofa sleeper for those requiring extra sleeping arrangements. The fully equipped kitchen simplifies meal preparation, featuring stainless steel appliances, new countertops, and cabinets. The breakfast bar accommodates up to three guests during mealtime.
The primary bedroom is furnished with a plush queen-sized bed and a television, while all guests have access to the full bathroom located in the main hallway.
The complimentary town shuttle stop is located just a short distance away; however, you may also choose to stroll to Main Street, situated two blocks from your location, to experience the various restaurants, shops and outdoor events and activities available in the downtown area.
The recreation center features a designated children's area that includes games, a flat screen TV and appropriate furnishings. The expansive great room boasts vaulted ceilings and is equipped with a pool table, a dining table with chairs, a small kitchenette, and large windows flanking a gas fireplace. Smoking and pets are prohibited on the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations are rigorously upheld, and any guests found smoking or have pets will be subject to a 200 fine per day.
