To protect our special home from disrespectful guests that might treat our home poorly, we only permit experienced guests that have 5-star review history from past hosts. If not, we may cancel your reservation within 72 hours of your creating the reservation with a 4% processing fee.

Smart TVs downstairs and in each bedroom.
