About this apartment rental
The vacation rental is designed for 2 people and is wheelchair accessible. All rooms are equipped with radiant floor heating and electric roller shutters. You can easily reach the bike storage room and laundry room via the elevator. There is a built-in safe for your valuables.
The terrace is covered, and the small garden is completely fenced in. In the two-row kitchen, you’ll find a fully automatic coffee machine, an air fryer, a microwave, an electric slicer, and a cleaning closet with a vacuum cleaner, brooms, cleaning supplies, and cleaning tools.

The vacation rental, located on the first floor, consists of a fully equipped separate kitchen with a dining table, a large living room with a sofa set, a desk, and a TV recliner (electrically adjustable), a bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) (beds are made up) and a separate dressing room, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet, a separate guest restroom, a hallway, and a storage room. You are welcome to bring your dog, but out of consideration for the other residents of the building, please ensure that your dog remains as quiet as possible. No barking dogs!

We’ve thought of everything: Wi-Fi, a 55-inch OLED TV, high-quality furnishings, tasteful decor, comfortable beds, and more—all of which are indispensable even to us, since we use the apartment ourselves. To free you from housework during your vacation, we’ve purchased a robot vacuum and mop that effortlessly keeps the floors spotless.
The property includes a terrace, a small fenced-in garden, and a parking space.
On-site costs: A 20% deposit is charged after booking.The remaining balance is due via bank transfer 14 days before arrival. Cancellations are not free of charge. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Keys are provided via a key safe. You will receive the code via email well in advance of your arrival.Pets are allowed for a fee of €5 per pet per night. Visitor’s tax: The town of Bernkastel-Kues charges a visitor’s tax of €1.70 per person per night. You will receive the corresponding guest card from your host.
