An additional cozy bedroom is located in an outdoor annex, equipped with a pull-out single bed. Two bathrooms enhance convenience – one in the main house with a toilet, shower, washing machine, and dryer, and the other in the annex with a shower and toilet. The open living and dining area is inviting, featuring sofas, a fireplace, a large dining table, a TV with German channels, and a small reading corner. The fully equipped kitchen includes a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, fridge/freezer combination, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee machine. Internet is available, and heating is provided via electric units.
