Enjoy easy access to major roadways and a quick drive to the NYC train connection for day trippers.
The space
This is a single floor 3 bedroom 2 bath unit. Each guest (up to 6 adults or 8 with kids) will be provided with fresh set of bath and hand towels. To help you settle in, we provide a one-time starter kit of toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, floss, and mouthwash). In the bathroom, you will also find full-sized body wash, shampoo, and conditioner available for your entire stay.
Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast or a full family feast, our kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and cookware you’ll need. To get you started, we’ve stocked the pantry with a selection of complimentary spices.
When it’s time to eat, enjoy your meal at the dining table with seating for six. For your convenience, we provide both elegant reusable dinnerware and high-quality disposables for those times when you’d rather skip the dishes!
We love families! The kids (and kids at heart) will stay fully occupied with our extensive library of books and a great selection of board games—perfect for a cozy family game night or a rainy day.
Pack n play for an infant or toddler is available on request.
Need to stay productive? The finished basement features a private home office equipped with a standing desk, perfect for remote work.
Guest access
The guests will have access to the entire house and yard except the garage. The driveway has ample space for comfortably parking up-to 4 vehicles. Guest also have free access to a Level 2 Universal EV Charger for overnight charging. For your peace of mind, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras. These are located overlooking the driveway, the main front entrance, the deck/backyard and along both sides of the home. There are no cameras inside the house or in private living spaces.
This property is fully certified in accordance with the Princeton short-term rental ordinance. Short-Term Rental Permit Number: STR-26-5.

The home is in an excellent spot and has a wonderful private back yard. it is very close to downtown Princeton. The owner is always available through the VRBO web site.We recommend including wash cloths with the other towels provided. The second bathroom is off the kitchen and on the opposite side of the home from the 3 bedrooms. That bathroom is small and has no storage area at all. The shower stall is also small. There is no access to 2 of the 3 bedroom closets and no drawers for proper storage of clothing. The home is cared for and comfortable.
