The spacious living area is the perfect place to gather after a day spent enjoying the beach, offering plenty of comfortable seating to unwind and embrace the laid-back island lifestyle. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything needed to prepare delicious meals, quick snacks, or your morning coffee before heading out to explore.
The primary bedroom provides a peaceful retreat with a plush king-size bed, creating the perfect place to recharge after sunny beach days and breathtaking Gulf sunsets.
Whether you're searching for seashells along the shoreline, biking around the island, or simply soaking in the tranquil surroundings, this Sanibel getaway is the perfect destination for your next coastal escape.
House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties. No pets.
Laundry facilities are conveniently located on each floor of both buildings for guest use.
Please Note : We're continuing our efforts to maintain and improve the property with enhancements taking place at Building 2 from May 4th through end of June 2026. During this time Building 2 is closed. Work will be conducted Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM to approximately 3:30 PM.
Guests in Building 1 and around the pool area should experience minimal impact, though occasional daytime renovation noise may be heard. For safety, some areas of the grounds may be temporarily restricted while work is underway.
