We stayed a week at this property for Spring Break. We had two adults and four kids (ages 9-17). Everything was great and there was definitely enough room to spread out. The house was very clean and in a great location. Easy access to the town of Port St. Joe as well as the amenities in the neighborhood. The owner was very quick to reply with anything that we needed. The kids loved being able to take the golf cart down to beach, pool etc. Everything was also within walking distance. We have stayed in this neighborhood before but preferred the location of this property over the last. Heads up that the smaller pool in the neighborhood was extremely cold (but it was April). The larger one was great. Highly recommend checking out the Shipwreck Raw Bar for dinner as well as the antique shop in town. There's also a candy shop within the neighborhood that our youngest was really excited about. We will definitely consider staying here again if/when we visit the area.
