Located in the highly desirable SE Cape Coral, just minutes away from grocery shops, dining, and entertainment destinations. Lush landscaping and the fenced-in yard provide complete privacy. Unwind on the closed-off patio area or in the sparkling pool to soak up the sun's rays!
Getting Around:
The neighborhood is great for walking in the evenings or mornings as well. Getting around the community you will need a vehicle.

– No parties or events
– Quiet hours: 10PM–8AM
– No smoking on property
– Commercial photoshoots allowed

Our family had a fantastic stay at this vacation home. The house was spotless, well maintained, and very comfortable. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax, and the heated pool was definitely the highlight of our stay—it made a big difference and was enjoyed by all ages. The location was great, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with. We truly felt at home and would not hesitate to book again. Definitely rating it a 10 out of 10!
