Their location is ideal for traveling to Madrid: the commuter train station is very close by and allows you to reach Atocha and Sol in just 20 minutes, as well as offering direct connections to Nuevos Ministerios and Chamartín, making it easy to travel for both business and leisure. They are also close to the Getafe University Hospital, Carlos III University, and the main industrial areas in southern Madrid. Another highlight is their proximity to Warner Park Madrid and the Coliseum Alfonso Pérez.
The accommodations consist of one 1-bedroom apartment and seven 2-bedroom apartments, all designed to offer comfort and functionality for both short- and long-term stays.
