Located in Brookvale, just minutes from Warringah Mall, the Northern Beaches, and Northern Beaches Hospital, this studio is perfectly suited to working professionals, couples, solo travellers, or guests visiting family in the area. It is also an excellent option for hospital-related stays or longer short-term visits.
Set on level one of a brand new building, the studio is compact yet thoughtfully laid out to maximise space and functionality. It features a comfortable queen bed, bedside tables, a fold-out couch, a dedicated work desk, and a generous wardrobe with ample storage. Relax with a Smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, and a portable fan for added comfort.
The kitchenette is well equipped with a microwave oven, two burner cooktop, fridge with freezer, and everything you need for light cooking during your stay.
Step outside onto your private balcony, complete with a dining table and three chairs, perfect for morning coffee or unwinding after a day out.
Guests also enjoy a free, secure parking space in the underground garage, making it easy to come and go.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment during their stay.

- Our home is located in a peaceful residential neighbourhood, so we kindly ask that you respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.
- To ensure everyone enjoys a relaxing stay, parties, events, commercial activities and excessive noise are not permitted.
- Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property.

- We ask guests to treat the property with care. Any damage, missing items, lost keys or excessive cleaning required after your stay may incur additional charges.
- Serious breaches of the house rules may result in your reservation being cancelled without a refund.
- If you need to cancel your booking, refunds will be processed in accordance with the cancellation policy that applies to your reservation. Please note that any applicable credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
