Cocoonr offers this 35 m² air-conditioned flat for rent in Saint-Cyprien, 50 m from the beach. It can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located on the ground floor, it comprises a living area with a fitted kitchen, a bedroom with a built-in bed and a shower room (with shower). Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 33 m² living area with a TV, double sofa bed, dining area and a fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A sleeping alcove with a bunk bed (sleeps two)
- A bathroom with a shower
- A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Outdoors:
- A 16 m² south-east-facing terrace to enjoy the sunny days
- A shared swimming pool (unheated), approximately 10 x 5 m, open from mid-June to the end of September. Opening dates are subject to change.
The flat is ideally located in Saint-Cyprien, in a very quiet and pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park (one private space).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Elne, about 10 km away
- Nearest airport: Perpignan, approx. 30 km away
