A sunny balcony and a Residents Pool offer relaxation and a short walk takes you to shops, restaurants and the ferry boat to the gorgeous beach island.
This cozy 1st floor apartment located in the secure Horta Poço do Bispo condominium is ideal for a family or two couples. The apartment boasts two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with a double and a single bed, both with fitted wardrobes. The shared family bathroom comes equipped with a bath and overhead shower. The spacious kitchen includes a dishwasher and washing machine and leads into beautifully furnished living areas that comprise an open-plan lounge and dining room with comfortable seating and a large TV featuring national and international channels. In the afternoon, unwind on the sunny balcony located in the front of the apartment, with its sofas and coffee table providing the perfect spot for relaxation, or take a refreshing dip in the residents' pool.
PARKING AND ACCESS
This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. The apartment is first floor with elevator access. Access to private garage space. Wheelchair slopes are installed at the side of stairs.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
AIMA (Borders Authority): Portuguese law requires us to collect passport details for all non-Portuguese guests. This is done securely during the online check-in process.
Tourist Tax: Some municipalities in the Eastern Algarve charge a Tourist Tax. If applicable for your property, you will be informed at the time of booking.
GUEST VERIFICATION & DAMAGE PROTECTION
For platforms that do not offer guest insurance, we work with Truvi, a leading guest-screening provider. Before your stay:
You will verify your personal details.
You can choose between a refundable damage deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
We recommend the damage waiver for peace of mind in case of accidental damage.
