The lounge features comfortable sofas and an elegant dining table, while the galley style kitchen is offers a huge range of appliances and utensil including a dishwasher, washing machine, Coffee machine all embraced by a breakfast bar and a wide range of utensils to make self-catering a breeze.



At the rear of the apartment, you'll find two generously sized and comfortable bedrooms, both with ample wardrobe space and air conditioning. The master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom, while a separate shower room serves the second bedroom and guests.

The apartment offers not one, but two inviting balconies. LEGAL REQUIREMENTS

AIMA (Borders Authority): Portuguese law requires us to collect passport details for all non-Portuguese guests. This is done securely during the online check-in process.

Tourist Tax: Some municipalities in the Eastern Algarve charge a Tourist Tax. If applicable for your property, you will be informed at the time of booking.



GUEST VERIFICATION & DAMAGE PROTECTION

For platforms that do not offer guest insurance, we work with Truvi, a leading guest-screening provider. Before your stay:

You can choose between a refundable damage deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.

We recommend the damage waiver for peace of mind in case of accidental damage.
