Cottage 6 pers. Loonse and Drunense dunes & Efteling

Enjoy your coffee while taking in the view of the small lake from our cozy 6-person cottage in Kaatsheuvel.
It’s just a 5-minute walk to the edge of the Loonse and Drunense Dunes. Explore nature, enjoy hiking and biking trails, or experience a day full of magic at Efteling (a 10-minute bike ride). The Beekse Bergen animal and amusement park is a 20-minute drive away. Cities like Tilburg and Breda (a 20-minute drive) are also nearby for a fun day out. The park offers a variety of activities for all ages.

-Kitchen with oven, microwave, induction cooktop, Nespresso machine, and dishwasher. 2 dishwasher tablets, a dish brush, and a dishcloth are included.

Not provided as standard;
- Shower towels, available for rent at 9.94 euros per set (2 towels).
- Hair dryer - Kitchen towels, available for rent for 8.83 euros per set.
- Spices such as salt and pepper.

- You’ll pay the tourist tax upon arrival at the park.

The cottage accommodates 6 people. One additional baby (0–1 year old) is allowed, bringing the total to 7. If 6 people and a baby are staying, the tourist tax for the 7th person will be charged as an “additional charge.” This is not included in the initial payment.

In addition to the cottage being cleaned after every stay, I personally go there regularly to give it an extra thorough cleaning!

According to Europarcs guidelines, the park is not authorized to permit work activities; stays are intended exclusively for recreational use.

Upon arrival at the park, you will receive a pass from the front desk. With this pass, you can open the barrier at the park entrance and the door to your vacation home.

Please note: Groups of friends may be asked to provide a security deposit. We appreciate your cooperation!

Early check-in is available. Your vacation rental will be ready at 1:00 p.m. instead of 4:00 p.m. The cost is 41.63 euros. Late check-out is also available. The property will then be available until 12:00 PM instead of 10:00 AM. The cost is 41.63 euros.

You have 24 hours after booking to cancel free of charge; cancellations made up to 14 days before the arrival date incur a 50% charge, and cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date incur a 100% charge of the booking amount.

The park has a strict no-fireworks policy!

If you’re coming by public transportation, enter “Vaartstraat” as your final destination on OV9292. Take line 300 or 301 to Tilburg. From there, it’s a 750-meter walk to the park.
