It is a 9-minute walk from the nearest station, JR Otsuka Station, to the guest rooms.
It’s a 14-minute train ride to Ueno Station (JR Yamanote Line), where the Shinkansen operates. You can reach both Narita and Haneda Airports in about 55 minutes.
There is a convenience store near the guest room, and all shops convenient for your stay are within a 10-minute walk.

Although located in the city, this area is very peaceful and safe, making it ideal for families with children. The evenings are quiet, ensuring a relaxing stay.
(2) Guest Room (3rd Floor)
Our rooms are traditional Japanese-style rooms, allowing guests to immerse themselves in Japanese culture. Each room can accommodate up to 6 guests.
The building is newly constructed, and the grounds are well-maintained. There is also a TV, so you can relax in comfort.
(3) Bedding
There are two semi-double beds and two sets of futons. The maximum occupancy is 6 guests.
(4) Amenities
There are no staff on-site, so you can enjoy your stay without interruption.
However, there is no housekeeping service or restocking of amenities during your stay. We provide one bath towel and one face towel per person.
For example, for a party of 4, 4 bath towels and 4 face towels will be provided. If you need additional towels, please bring your own or wash and dry them using the front-loading washing machine in your room.
(5) Amenities
Bedroom: TV, capsule toy machine, Wi-Fi (YouTube/Netflix)
Kitchen:Refrigerator, rice cooker, microwave, electric kettle, and front-loading washing machine are available for use.
Bathroom: Equipped with a Washlet.
Bathroom: Hair dryer, toothbrush, and toothpaste are provided.
