However, it should be noted that access to the car park is via a gate of limited width: for this reason the space is more suitable for medium-small sized vehicles and may be less convenient for large cars.
The flat is located in a building served by a lift and consists of:
•an air-conditioned living room with relaxation area, TV and sofa bed, with direct access to the terrace
•a modern and well-equipped kitchen, suitable for longer stays (with washing machine available to guests)

To comply with the identification obligations provided for by Italian regulations on public security, Propertize requires all guests to complete, before arrival, the identification procedure through its secure check-in system. The procedure may include entering identity document data and identity verification. You will also be required to sign the rental contract and, where applicable, to pay the tourist tax.
The amount indicated on the portal includes the rental fee due to the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be specified in the rental contract and will result in the issuance of two separate accounting documents addressed to the guest.
