There is one secured room located in the basement that is reserved exclusively for our cleaning and maintenance team
This room is locked with a smart lock and is not part of the guest-accessible space
It is used solely for storing supplies and equipment to ensure the home remains well-maintained and fully stocked
If guests need additional items or assistance during their stay, our team is happy to help. Guests do not need to contact cleaners directly—simply reach out to us, and we will coordinate retrieving any necessary items from this secured area on your behalf.

"I have been renting homes for my vacations for the better part of 20 years and this home is by far the best I’ve ever stayed in and Sean is the perfect host. The house is immaculate and behind each door is another (pleasant) surprise. The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood with an excellent view of the mountains (great for our morning coffee routine) and the patio / fire pit was terrific for family wind down sessions (Sean even had ingredients for s’more’s delivered for our daughters to enjoy!). There’s also a covered deck with plenty of room and comfortable furniture should you want to sit outside but the weather isn’t all sunshine and rainbows. Inside the house had plenty of room for our group of 5 people. The house can easily sleep 12-13 people in beds without anyone feeling cramped. 2 living rooms plus a basement living room/game room plus a workout room with ping pong table and basketball “shootout” games and a toddler activity loft area above the workout room give plenty of places for people with different interests in what to watch/do to hang out. All in all, this home will be my first choice for when I return to Asheville, NC" - Jeremy
