You’ll have full, private access to the entire home - no shared spaces, no interruptions.
The only area not accessible is the cleaner’s supply closet in the laundry and the butllers pantry.
A unique smart lock code will be generated just for you, sent 24 hours before check-in. It’s active only during your stay, giving you both ease and peace of mind.
You’ll have full control of heating and cooling throughout the home. We simply ask that you switch it off when you`re out to help us stay mindful and sustainable.
This is your space. Your home away from home.
Check-in is contactless and simple. No host meetups, just arrive and settle in to a home that feels truly yours.
Need anything extra? I`m just a message away for local tips, questions, or support.
BASICS:
- No parties, loud music, or disruptive behavior. This is a quiet neighbourhood and we ask all guests to respect the space and our neighbours.
- Heating & cooling: Fully accessible - please turn off when not in use.
- One storage closet (in the laundry) is locked for cleaning supplies and not for guest use.
- Outdoor firepit is available for use - please ensure it’s safely extinguished after use.
- Security cameras are located on the exterior for your safety (none inside the home).
- Quiet hours: 10pm–7am - let’s keep the space peaceful for everyone.
- Pets: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets at this property.
EXTRAS:
- Local firewood & fire started available for purchase or can be provided at an additional cost for convenience
- Mid-stay cleaning available at an additional cost
By booking this property, you acknowledge you have read and agreed to the following house rules:
✔️ Comfortable Occupancy: 8 guests (up to 10 with prior approval from host)
✔️ Check-in: From 4:00 PM
✔️ Check-out: By 10:00 AM
✔️ Self check-in: Secure door code provided 24 hours before arrival
✔️ Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (strictly enforced)
✔️ No parties or events allowed - $3000 minimum fine applied
✔️ No additional overnight guests without prior approval.
✔️ Strictly no smoking inside the property. A deep cleaning fee of $800 will be applied otherwise
✔️ Pets are not permitted (unless pre-approved in writing prior to booking).
✔️ Registered guests only allowed on the property.
We kindly ask all guests to treat the property with care and respect - this is our family home and is maintained to a very high standard.
