• Maximum occupancy: 8 guests (including infants/children) with sleeping occupancy for 8.
• Any guests over 8 will result in a $100 dollar fee per a guest/per night.
•No smoking, pets, events or parties allowed.
•Any broken rules or unauthorized guests will result in immediate eviction and additional cleaning fee.
A starter supply of basic amenities is provided. For longer stays, guests may need to replenish items as needed.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back! The home was clean, comfortable, and felt very safe throughout our visit. The beds were especially comfortable, which made it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep after long days out. Everything was well kept and exactly as described. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience, and we would definitely recommend this stay to others!

This home exceeded all expectations! It was fully stocked with everything we needed and truly felt like a home away from home. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and every detail of the house was immaculate. The host was outstanding—always quick to respond and extremely helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be back the next time we’re in Longview. Highly recommend!

The was amazing at getting back to me so answer questions. The house itself was STUNNING and So comfortable. Definitely my top pick for visiting again. Nice quiet neighborhood.

My wife and I stayed at Modern Comfort and had nothing but positive things to say. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the home is beautifully modern while still feeling warm and cozy. The house was spotless and fully furnished, with all the cooking utensils we needed. The host was quick to respond and kindly helped us troubleshoot the smart thermostat. We truly felt taken care of during our stay and would highly recommend Modern Comfort to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to stay.
