The garden, surrounded by trees and vegetation, offers pleasant areas of natural shade, whilst the easily accessible private pool features sun loungers for relaxation during the summer days. Next to the house you will also find a comfortable outdoor terrace, perfect for breakfast in the open air, enjoying long family meals or preparing a barbecue at dusk.
Inside, the villa retains the charm of traditional Mallorcan country houses, with exposed wooden beam ceilings, terracotta floors and abundant natural light. The décor is simple and functional, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.
On the ground floor you will find the lounge-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals during your stay, a practical laundry room and a bathroom.
The upper floor houses the three bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds each, plus a second bathroom. The property can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.
