Large resorts and hotels are located in nearby Wailea and to the west in Lahaina and Ka'anapali.

- beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, sorry no snorkeling gear,
- a toiletries starter kit sufficient for short stay,
- a starter kit of laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and kitchen cleaning supplies,
- drip coffeemaker and some coffee to get the trip started
- linens, towels, etc.
