About this house rental
Wooden house of about 100 m² facing south with the forest behind (hiking trail) and the view of the Moselotte valley in front: you are at the Belvedere. Nestled in the heart of the Vosges mountains, 2.5 km from the leisure centre and the lake of Saulxures sur Moselotte,
The house is designed to enjoy both the interior and the exterior, with many openings for light and to appreciate the panorama:
On the first floor with direct access to a wooden terrace facing south, west and north:
Fitted kitchen equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, coffee maker, kettle, fridge freezer) open to a living room dining room. The lounge area has its TV connected to a box and the dining room has a large storage cupboard and a small TV (TNT). Central pellet stove.
On the same level:
- a bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a dressing room,
- a bathroom with furniture and walk-in shower,
- a toilet
Upstairs on half level:
- landing room with office and bookcases opening onto a south-facing wooden balcony allowing access to the land at the back of the house,
- a room with twin beds 2x(70x190) to be specified at the time of booking the desired configuration (2 single beds or a double bed), dresser
- a bedroom with a single bed (90 x 190)
- a bathroom with corner whirlpool bath, bathroom unit and WC
A foldable extra bed for children (90x180) is available.
A garage allows storage and storage, there is a laundry area with sink and washing machine as well as a 2nd fridge. A second adjoining garage open to the outside allows for sheltered storage.
Outside, you can enjoy the wooden terrace overlooking a flat grassy and wooded area.
Located in a cul-de-sac, the Belvedere offers the calm of the mountains at an altitude of 500 m with the forest and hiking trails on site while remaining close to amenities at 5 minutes walk.
If you like mountain sports, I will be happy to inform you about the activities I practice: paragliding, mountain biking, running, freeswimming, skiing (hiking, alpine, skating).
Pets allowed in respect of the premises. Smokers must smoke outside out of respect for the other tenants.
