Guest access
Guests will enjoy private access to the entire condo, along with convenient access to the Motherlode community amenities. The shared outdoor pool and hot tub are located directly across from the parking lot, just steps from the unit, making it easy to enjoy a soak after a day on the slopes or exploring town. One on-site parking space is included, and all common areas are easily walkable and well maintained for year-round use.
Other things to note
Prior to arrival, guests will be asked to complete a brief identity verification through our secure Guest Portal. Completion of the verification step is required to finalize check-in details.
Beyond verification, the Guest Portal serves as a convenient resource for your stay. Where applicable, access information, smart lock details, and device controls will be provided there. The portal also includes optional concierge requests such as early check-in, late checkout, and additional amenities, all subject to availability and approval.
Use of the portal beyond the required screening step is entirely optional. Guests are welcome to explore local restaurant guides, curated recommendations, and available services at their discretion.
At select residences, guests may have the option to purchase a non-refundable Damage Waiver providing limited accidental contents protection. Certain properties that issue physical access items such as keys, fobs, or parking passes may require a refundable $250 access credential deposit, similar to a hotel pre-authorization, which is released after checkout, provided all items are returned, and no replacement costs are incurred.

In some residences, check-in staff or front desk personnel may also confirm your ID upon arrival, similar to standard hotel procedures. We do not host guests under 21 at this location; the primary renter must be over 21. These measures ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
