    The hotel was unclean, smelling in room, and the staff didn't provide water too. Only two bottles provides for whole day consumption and for beyond that they demanded extra money. No breakfast available.

    We booked this hotel after looking at the reviews and seeing that it was rated as a 3-star property. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing and definitely not worth the high price we paid. 1. Early Check-in Issue We arrived early in the morning and requested a room only to freshen up and keep our luggage before heading out to explore the city. The hotel staff demanded an additional ₹1000 for early check-in. We clearly explained that we did not intend to occupy the room for long and only needed basic access to freshen up, but they completely refused to cooperate. Ironically, just a few steps away, another hotel provided us a room for freshening up at only ₹200. This clearly showed the lack of hospitality and customer consideration at this hotel. 2. Misleading Environment & Uncomfortable Experience The hotel gives the appearance of being traditionally Hindu-managed, with a Hanuman statue at the entrance and Hindu gods displayed near the reception counter. However, the entire reception and staff management were Muslims. Had we known this earlier, we would not have chosen this property. Guests should be provided transparency while booking so they can make informed decisions comfortably. And we have seen many incidents with these peacefuls. 3. Poor Reception Service After returning from sightseeing, we approached the reception for check-in. The receptionist kept us waiting unnecessarily while continuing to write in a register/book, without giving proper attention to guests. The overall attitude was careless and unprofessional. 4. AC Problems & Extremely Poor Room Service Once we entered the room, we found that the AC was not functioning properly. We were already exhausted after a long journey and simply wanted to rest. We called the reception and were told that someone would come immediately, but even after 30 minutes, nobody arrived. When we called again, the room phone itself stopped working. I personally went downstairs to inform them again. The receptionist casually said that someone had already been sent, which was not true. After waiting another 15 minutes, I had to go once more and complain again. Finally, after almost 10 more minutes, a staff member arrived, checked the AC, and informed us that it could not be repaired. We were then asked to shift to another room on the second floor. We had to repack and move all our luggage ourselves. This entire issue took almost one and a half hours to resolve after the very first complaint. Although the second room had a slightly better AC, both rooms were extremely small, and the second room was even smaller than the first one. Late at night, when we went to use the washroom, we discovered that AC water was leaking all over the floor, making the room messy and uncomfortable. By then, we were too tired to continue arguing and somehow managed until morning before finally checking out. 5. Unclean Washroom & Poor Maintenance The washroom cleanliness was below acceptable standards. The buckets and bathroom accessories looked extremely old, dirty, and of very cheap quality, more like a low-grade lodge or dharamshala rather than a hotel claiming to be 3-star. Overall Experience Overall, this property does not deserve to be called a 3-star hotel. The building itself looks very old and poorly maintained despite the attractive outer appearance shown online. The service, room quality, cleanliness, and management were all highly disappointing. We genuinely regret booking this hotel and would not recommend anyone to stay here.
