About this house rental
Relax in this tranquil, renewable-energy-powered gated community retreat. Enjoy secluded, wooded outdoor space with a private fishing ramp. Walk through the woods to the beach and community boat ramp. Close to all Pocono attractions, the gated community features two lakes, swimming pools, tennis and basketball courts, paddle boats, ice skating, beaches, and a lakeside cafe. The house has 2 living rooms and sleeps up to 10 people in two upper- and two lower-level bedrooms.
Please note: The backyard features a natural Pocono mountain slope and an unpaved patio terrain. Guests must wear appropriate footwear and exercise caution when walking outdoors.
This house sits on a large wooded lot that opens to the lake estuary. The lake's beach is adjacent to the lot and can be accessed by crossing the woods via a pedestrian path. The lower-level master bedroom has a king-size bed and a full-sized roll-out sofa bed. A small kids' bedroom is also located on the lower level. Two additional large bedrooms are on the upper level: one has a king bed, the other has two twin beds. The woods are full of wildlife. Caution should be exercised during the bear season at dusk. No food or trash should be left outside to prevent bear encounters.
GUEST ACCESS
The house is located in a gated community, and all guests require personalized access permits. Guests are responsible for sending the vehicle's make/color/year/plate number and driver names to the host 48 hours prior to arrival. If not received, the guests are responsible for registering with the HOA in person and paying the $75 late registration fee. No last-minute bookings will be taken.
Guest amenity wristbands are available for purchase at $12 per day per person at the 24/7 community Welcome Center. Fishing is allowed with a valid PA fishing license (may be obtained online). Catch and release regulations are in place.

This house is powered by solar panels and, during the winter months, utilizes energy from a renewable energy supplier. Your stay here helps reduce the air pollution.
