Guest Fav · 5BR Sleeps 12! Game Room - Near Speedway

The family reunion where everyone actually wants to stay in, not scatter to separate hotels. The bachelorette weekend where the party happens at the house. The race week where your group rolls to the track together and comes home to a real kitchen and a firepit.

The birthday trip where the guest of honor sleeps in the king suite and wakes up to people already cooking breakfast. If your group is 8–12 people and you want one home that handles everything, this is it.

THE BEDROOMS: 5 rooms, 7 beds, sleeps 12

· Bedroom 1 (King Master Suite): King bed, private ensuite bathroom, soaking tub. This is the room people negotiate over. Give it to the guest of honor, the couple, or whoever deserves it most.

· Bedroom 2 (Queen Master Suite): Queen bed, private ensuite bathroom. A second VIP option, ideal for a second couple or a second family.

· Bedroom 3: Queen bed, smart TV, comfortable for two, private and well-furnished.

· Bedroom 4: Double bed + 2 singles + bunk bed —the flexible room. Sleeps 4–5. Right for families with kids, friend groups splitting a room, or anyone who just needs capacity.

· Bedroom 5: Queen bed, smart TV, a proper private room for a couple or solo guest.

Every bedroom has its own smart TV. No one shares a screen. No one compromises.

3.5 bathrooms for 12 guests — two of them private ensuite.

THE LIVING ROOM & GAME ROOM
The open living room anchors the whole home, a fireplace, generous seating, and the kind of space where 12 people can be in the same room without feeling crowded. Movie nights, game nights, loud group dinners that drift into long evenings.

The game room is exactly what it sounds like: a dedicated space for the group to compete, unwind, and stay up too late.

THE BACKYARD
Fully fenced, made for a crowd. A gas grill, a wood-burning firepit, and an outdoor dining table that seats 12, the entire group, outside, together.

THE GYM
A private garage gym means the trip doesn`t have to cost you your routine. No gym fees, no guest passes, no driving somewhere. You work out on your schedule, the equipment`s already there.

THE KITCHEN
Fully equipped for feeding a group, the right cookware, the right appliances, the right amount of counter space. Cooking together for 12 is one of the best things a group can do on a trip.
