Such a wonderful experience I had in my stay at J-hoppers Universal. Staffs were so nice and helpful, the bed was comfortable and clean although I always hit my head to the ceiling of bottom bed lol.
Kitchen helped me so much since I like to make meals by myself, and it was big and clean.
I enjoyed my stay in J-hoppers universal so much and definitely will choose to stay here again next time when I go to osaka.

Absolutely fantastic for a hostel!
I, unfortunately, lost my wallet before I arrived at the hostel. The woman at reception helped me call the Shinkansen station and found my wallet for me. All I had to do was pick it up the next day. Wonderful Customer Service!
