    Very disappointing experience We arrived around 6pm and the room was not even ready because the owner was cooking. The entire house constantly smelled of fried oil, morning and night. The people living in the house didn’t seem to care that there were guests. Noise started around 5:30am every morning, making it impossible to rest. The shared bathroom was already dirty when we arrived and I had to ask the owner to clean it. The sink was completely clogged with hair that had clearly been there for a long time. We also found three large cockroaches during our stay. The shower had no hot water and the water pressure was extremely weak. The bathroom window couldn’t be closed, so people outside could see inside — no privacy at all. There was also no toilet paper provided. The owner said people in the Philippines only use the water hose next to the toilet, which is not true. We had to insist to get toilet paper. The house overall felt very dirty and poorly maintained. The swimming pool was also dirty and unusable. For the price we paid, the service and cleanliness were unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here.

    It is not a villa and they portray it as a villa. The accomodation is an apartelle at best. Misleading name of the accomodation and misleading photos. Not recommend for family with elders.

    Please improve your service, no toiletries readily avaible, sink in the toilet was clogged. Take advance order for breakfast and prepare it earlier. Don't locked your gate you might not know your was still outside or give them spare key incase you lock your gate. Doorbell is not working. No one answering in mobile phone. Overall rating 2/10. Not recommending this to anyone.
