Perfect location on the bund. Easy to walk around, though bit of a distance to walk to the main street. There are some interesting local eateries, about 1.2km away. Order food delivery on DianPing and have the robot deliver to your room!

Exceeded all expectations! We had such a wonderful stay. Sunny at the reception was absolutely lovely and incredibly helpful with our check-in. We had arrived after an early flight, and she kindly arranged an early check-in for us, which we really appreciated. The laundry facilities were also extremely convenient, with 10, 20 and 30-minute wash cycles (thought it might be helpful for those short on time to know) and separate dryers, meaning you can easily get a full load of laundry washed and dried within an hour. The smart system in the room even shows the availability of the washing machines too, which is such a thoughtful feature and makes this hotel perfect for longer stays- especially if you want to pack light! Housekeeping was excellent throughout our stay, and the location is fantastic, just a short walk from Nanjing Road and literally opposite the Bund. It’s especially lovely if you are a runner, as you can step outside and enjoy a run along the waterfront. A really comfortable and convenient stay with thoughtful touches throughout. We will definitely be returning!

Finally we have to book another room for the third person who could not stay as three people in the same room.
