About this apartment rental
You will love this space, it's so close to everything! Walking distance to many things: 3 minutes from downtown, 5 minutes from the intercostal, and 10 from the golf course! When staying here we walk each morning for coffee and delicious breakfast at Vincent's Bistro and Bakery. Also, beautiful view from your private second story patio, such a serene view.
This studio is recently renovated and should have everything you'll need during your stay, including: high speed wi-fi, full kitchen, Keurig with K-cups, and large windows with lots of natural light during the day.
You should expect a comfortable queen size bed with 12 inch memory foam mattress and comfortable sheets. Feel free to sleep in!
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need if you choose to stay in and cook at home for the evening, including a dishwasher and detergent pods to make longer stays as easy as possible.
Downstairs you'll have access to a washer and dryer and laundry detergent pods as well, no need to go to a laundry mat with everything you need right here and Palmway Paradise.
If you decide to stay in for the night, you can relax on our comfortable couch and watch our 55 inch 4K smart TV that has all the streaming apps you need, just sign into your own Netflix, Hulu, etc. account and chill out.
Please be aware this is an upstairs apartment and you will have to walk up about 15 steps. We have separate off-street parking for you around back, so you shouldn't have to search for parking.
Important: We are still updating an adjacent studio apartment and home, so there may be some construction going on during your stay. They should only be working during the day, but you should be aware that you may hear some construction going on during your stay here.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights and could not have been more pleased. Amber has considered everything in this studio and somehow fit it in without it feeling cramped. The location is close to the beach, and downtown Lake Worth, we walked mostly everywhere and rented bikes for a couple days too. Communication with the owner was easy and prompt. I asked about beach chairs and towels before our stay and she ordered them to arrive brand new before we arrived. Lake Worth is an artsy, up and coming town with some great restaurants and a beautiful beach. This was our third year coming here and now that we found the studio, we know where we will be staying next year!

This place was perfect! It’s tucked behind a building so there’s zero street noise. We slept soundly. There are a lot of small details we loved like lamps next to the bed with usb outlets attached to them, wide toilet paper, a hotel style suitcase rack, plenty of parking too. It was perfect!

Cute studio apartment with all new furnishings and fully functional kitchen for those who like to cook. Meticulously clean! Loved the plantings and trees in the court yard. Thee deck off the livingroom is a nice plus.. Great spot with quick access to parks, beach and the historic downtown. I fully enjoyed my stay and would recommend it.
