清潔感のあり清掃が行き届いてるのがすごく良かったです。 また機会があれば泊まりたいと思いました。

帰る日にチェックアウトが11時までのはずが10時過ぎにインターフォンが鳴りました。 違うよ違うよ！と言ってたので、部屋を間違えたのかな？と思いました。 チェックアウトする際、先程インターフォンを鳴らして来た人が外階段に座っていてびっくりしました。更に狭い階段で私の荷物を受け取ろうとするので更に困惑しました。 私が階段を降りると後ろから声を掛けられ掃除いい？と言われたのでそこでやっと清掃のスタッフの方なのだと分かりましたが、さすがに不信感しか残りませんでした。 元々11時チェックアウトだし、さすがにそれを過ぎてから清掃に来るべきではないのかな？と思いました。あまり人と会いたくないのでこういうホテルを選んでいるのに…最後の最後で少し残念でした。

綺麗で清潔でした。 駅からもさほど離れてなく、交通の便も良かったです。

宿泊施設の案内が当日まで連絡が無く 、到着後スタッフに何度も連絡ん取り、部屋番号も違う案内であたふたしました。 前日までに連絡を頂きたいと思いました。

This property came will more than just basic facilities. A kettle, fridge freezer, washing machine, wet/dry room, modern japanese toilet, hairdryer, clothes iron, tv, and plenty of space. They even provided a universal wall plug. The wet room came with a lovely bath that fills its self at the right temperature in a room that can also be warmed. Then followed by drying off in a warm and modern air conditioned room. This was a place of modern luxuries.

The door locks were only electronic which caused a bit of faff on arrival. A pre-check in could be sent before arrival but instead yoo do it as you get there by scanning a qr code on the door to then get a code. It is a clever form of automation, but it takes time while standing outside which if it was raining would have been an uncomfortable situation. The staff handled it well and promptly.

Clothes can be hung up and dried using the rack in the bathroom. - Excellent location: 10 minute walk to grocery store, Family Mart right across the road, and Lawson 5 minute walk away. Tsuruhashi Station 5 minute walk away. - Spacious living area with a couch and tv - Interior design with attention to detail and lots of thought behind it - Can drop off luggage after 1pm - Comfortable bedding - Easy check in and check out - Great price
