Apartment with impressive sea view!

L'appartement répond bien à son appellation. Bien équipé et fonctionnel.Hôtes accueillants et disponibles.

Par contre, le complexe résidenciel est assez vieillot et l’immeuble est sans ascenseur.

The property is as it was described, with a large open-plan kitchen and living area. With a large window offering beautiful sea views, making it ideal for sunrise and sunset views. There is a second, smaller snug room with a balcony with a table and 2 chairs. The bedroom is spacious, and the mattress was comfortable. The bathroom has a shower with good water pressure. The apartment is on the 4th floor at the end of 80-odd stairs. After a few times going up and down, you forget to count 😂 The apartment was clean and well-maintained, the balcony looked like it had been painted recently. There are restaurants and coffee shops outside on the main road.

We checked via a keyless smart lock, so we did not meet the host. Due to certain food allergies, we decided to go for this apartment as it had a kitchen. This is not the first apartment we have booked with a kitchen. Unfortunately, the kitchen is not well-stocked. There are 2 frying pans, a very large one and a small one, the small one is not in a state to be used as it is burnt. The host left a small tea packet with some sugar cubes and only 2 coffee pods, one tea towel and 2 toilet rolls, an empty bottle of shampoo, and an empty bottle of body wash in the shower. There was a full bottle of hand wash in the bathroom. There was washing-up liquid and a sponge for the dishes, and one tea towel. There were no other cleaning cloths to clean the worktops, and no kitchen (paper)towels. There were no basics, such as oil, pepper, washing detergent, or even more coffee pods. We arrived on Thursday and left on Sunday. The sliding doors were very difficult to open; you needed to really push and pull to get them open. There was no information on what to do with the waste once the bins were full. The bedside tables each had a candle holder with a candle in it, and both had burnt down, there was no way of lighting them. Ideally, a lamp would be safer and more suited, otherwise you are switching on lots of spotlights.
