A localização é ótima. Perto da linha central do metrô, fácil acesso a muitos pontos turísticos. O bairro é extremamente seguro para andar em qualquer horário, ficamos muito tranquilos andando por lá.
A cama é maravilhosa, o banheiro é espaçoso e tem uma banheira ótima. Havia ferro de passar, varal para secar roupas e toalhas, além de roupas de cama novas e confortáveis. Recomendo a estadia !
Havia um pequeno vazamento na torneira da banheira, o que não atrapalhou a estadia, mas precisa de manutenção. A limpeza da cozinha e dos itens poderia ser melhor. Apesar de serem itens novos, tivemos que lavar tudo antes de usar pois estava grudento.
