Apartamento novo, limpo, perto do metrô e com utensílios de cozinha e cafeteira! A decoração torna a estadia uma experiência que se soma à vista e fica memorável . Ps: tem amenities, televisão tanto na sala quanto na cozinha e o prédio tem academia . E o anfitrião é bem simpático

Fabulous property. The flat is perfectly clean and it feels like a home away from home. The minimalist interior and the Skandi design adds to such a relaxing atmosphere. The flat feels very comfortable from a temperature perspective with a very strong air conditioning in the bedroom which irradiates a cool air throughout the entire flat. The shower has a strong pressure so you can truly enjoy and let go of any stress of the day by just getting under it. Coffee and water is provided as well as high quality personal higiene products. There are two large TVs so you can watch Netflix from both bedroom and living room (the sofa is super comfy and so is the bed - prepared like in a hotel). The building has its own co-working space, gym and swimming pool. The host is very friendly and warm! There’s no doubt I will choose this flat every single time I stay in São Paulo. It’s THE BEST!!!
