    Booked a non smoking room but when we turned on the heater and later air filter, the room was filled with cigarette smell. Hotel failed to clean the filter and vents. When we approached the hotel staff, they said they could not change the room . Washington machine was also not working well- could not open the e door. Had to get a staff to open the door to washing machine for us.
