Loved pool was open tell 10 p.m and had a outdoor pool and the environment is nice it's classy and it's a good time

Booked hotel room online around 430 at work got kids went home packed and got to hotel around 720 ish and went to check in and lady said they were waiting for some info to get transferred over so if I could wait like 15 -30 minutes and come back and try so I took the family to a place to grab food and to Walmart to grab a couple small pool things and when I got back I waited in line tell almost 9:30 p.m and the point of getting the room was so I could let my kids swim and by that time u get up to room u change we only gotta swim for 20 minutes so again I felt bad cuz I promised them more swim time so I ended up having to rent room for 1 more night and when I went to extend my stay by 1 night that process also took almost a hour to just extend my stay 1 more night the people and staff were super nice but there system or I'm not sure what they use takes way to long to get stuff sent over to hotel because again waiting to check in for a lil over 2 hours is completely ridiculous and while I was in line my son was like dad when do we get a go a other guest u had staying there asked me has checking in been a nightmare I was like yea kinda he said yea tell me about it we delt with same thing yesterday it got to the point I just wanted a refund and I'd stay somewhere else
