Lovely clean apartment

The location is amazing and the beds are comfy.

There is lots of garbage scattered around the property (outside) and the property inside is showing wear and tear with peeling paint and dirty carpets. Customer service is a nightmare and getting ahold of anyone to ask questions about door codes not working or where laundry was was a long and annoying process that left us sitting in the hallway for 20 minutes while they failed to answer their phone. Also no lights in the hallways or stairways at nights.
